We believe that during this time of uncertainty, you should continue to have access to your healthcare professionals. That’s why we’ve teamed up with CareMount Medical to deliver this information – because they remain committed to serving you, their patients and the community.
Some Words from Caremount:
Our doctors, nurses, and staff continue to work around-the-clock to ensure that you and your loved ones remain healthy and safe. Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients and employees. We are working closely with local and state health departments, as well as with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to ensure we have the most up-to-date information about a rapidly changing situation. CareMount Medical encourages all patients to stay in contact with their providers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Virtual Health Visits
Virtual visits keep you connected to your CareMount provider from your own home while allowing you to practice social distancing and reduce the risk of infection. Virtual visits are helpful for patients who are quarantining to review symptoms. But virtual visits don’t have to be strictly focused on coronavirus symptoms. Patients with any other medical problems can use virtual visits to see a provider and review their current health condition.

CareMount believes that nothing is quite as effective as seeing patients in person, whether it’s for routine care, physicals, prescription refills, specialist care, or for follow-up care for non-COVID chronic conditions. To ensure the health and safety of patients and employees, they are maintaining a split schedule for sick (those experiencing fever, chills, cough, sore throat, sneezing or shortness of breath) and well patients. Note that per state and federal guidance, certain non-urgent tests and procedures have temporarily suspended. And some services will be temporarily consolidating and relocating. Before your next appointment, please check the CareMount website to confirm the location for your visit.
Despite the unprecedented challenges we are all facing, CareMount’s 3,000+ team members remain unwavering in their commitment to serving the community, and delivering safe, comprehensive and high-quality medical care. Staff members are all of our everyday heroes – now more than ever. They are ready and willing to serve you and your family as everyone navigates these challenging times – together.
