Covid has had an unfortunate lasting impact on adult day programs here in Westchester. Many have never reopened. The ones that are still operating serve people who might be isolated in their homes and also provide respite for caregivers; these programs provide meals and engaging social activities. The The day program offers stimulating programs in a safe, nurturing, and entertaining environment, with specialized support for those living with memory impairment, visual impairment or developmentally disabled. We offer a social model focusing on therapeutic and engaging activities and a medical model that adds nursing support. Half and full day options and early morning/late pick up available. Meals and transportation provided.

Osborn Home Care, The Osborn’s state-licensed agency, has been providing outstanding care to Westchester seniors in their homes and on The Osborn campus for over 25 years. A Registered Nurse makes a home visit for new clients and prepares a customized care plan based on their individual needs. Osborn Home Care’s certified Home Health Aides are carefully screened and receive ongoing training at a level nearly twice New York state’s requirements. They help clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housework, transportation and companionship. Nursing and therapy are also available through Osborn Home Care. The agency recently added advanced dementia care and remote monitoring to its list of services offered.
